Your content is yours
Everything you capture belongs to you. We do not sell it, mine it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Captures are saved on your device first and sync is encrypted in transit and at rest.
AI processing is disclosed and scoped
When a feature sends content to a model provider (for example, Ask), the app tells you which provider, sends only what the request needs, and providers are contractually barred from retaining or training on it. You can exclude any content from AI processing entirely.
We measure the product, not you
Analytics never include the content of captures, queries, transcripts, or attachments. We do not build behavioral or emotional profiles, and we do not infer sensitive attributes from what you write.
Deletion means deletion
Deleting a memory removes it and its derived data. Deleting your account removes your corpus from our systems within 30 days, with export available first. No shadow archives.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist stores your email for waitlist updates only. Unsubscribing deletes it. Questions: privacy@aayo.in.
